Delivery and Shipping Charges
All prices in our online arts and crafts shop are exclusive
of delivery charges unless specified otherwise.
Delivery charges will be added to the cost of the order
during the checkout process prior to entry of payment
details. From many customers requests, we have changed
our delivery charges in line with the items you order
so as you pay for the weight of the goods.

We have investigated with many customers and other
competitor sites to see what is the best way to have
charged postage. We felt that by offering no minimum
order value this way would be the fairest and easiest
way for you to calculate.
Gift Wrapping Service
If you're buying
something for a special occasion, why not let
us deliver it to that special someone already
gift wrapped for just £2. Simply choose
the gift wrapping service at the end of your checkout
and advise us for what special occasion and we'll
ensure that it is beautifully wrapped and decorated.
Whether for a birthday, new born, christening,
wedding or anniversary, we'll ensure that the
day is particularly special with your chosen gift.

Deliveries
If the items are in stock, we usually dispatch the
next working day after the order has been received.
However, please allow up to 28 days for your order to
be processed and delivered.
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order
within the time indicated but will not be under any
liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver
within this timescale or on any particular day or dates.
All orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class which on average
takes 1-3 days to reach UK mainland addresses. At peak
periods such as Christmas, transit times may increase
slightly.
Complaints
In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of
dealing with SmArt Craft, please inform us as soon as
possible using the Contact Us
page and we will endeavour to put things right without
delay.
In respect of a complaint we will endeavour to:
- Acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
- Keep you informed at all times of progress.
- Reply in full to your complaint within 10 working
days.
If for any reason we are unable to deal with your complaint
within these time limits, we will give you the reason
why and a date by which time your complaint will be
dealt with.
Any communication with ourselves, your comments, feedback
or complaints will be kept in the strictest of confidence.
If after the above customer service process you are
still not satisfied, SmArt Craft agrees to abide by
the decision of our local trading standards office.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Cancelling Orders
Orders can be cancelled by Contacting Us stating the
order reference. Credit / Debit cards will be refunded
within 5 working days.
